Продуктивність сортів пшениці озимої залежно від оптимізації живлення

Анотація

Метою дослідження було встановити вплив оптимізації системи живлення на формування продуктивності та показників якості зерна сортів пшениці озимої в умовах Південного Степу України. Дослідження проводилося у польових умовах у Миколаївській області України з порівнянням сортів пшениці і систем живлення та подальшим визначенням врожайності, вмісту білка і клейковини в зерні. У результаті було встановлено, що реакція сортів пшениці на системи живлення мала виражений диференційований характер. На контрольних варіантах середня врожайність становила 3,75-4,19 т/га, тоді як за оптимізованого живлення зростала до 5,2 т/га у сорту ‘Благодарка Одеська’, до 5,23 т/га у сорту ‘Астарта’ і до 5,41 т/га у сорту ‘Смуглянка’. Для сортів ‘Благодарка Одеська’, ‘Астарта’ і ‘Смуглянка’ найвищу середню врожайність забезпечував варіант з Органік D2. За показниками якості зерна найбільш збалансовану реакцію виявив сорт ‘Астарта’: середній вміст білка підвищувався до 12,67 %, а клейковини – до 26,66 % за поєднання Мочевина К1 і К2. У сорту ‘Благодарка Одеська’ найвищий середній вміст білка становив 12,35 %, а клейковини – 25,57 %. У сорту ‘Подолянка’ найкращі показники якості формувалися за використання Ескорт-Біо. Практична значимість одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що аграрні підприємства, фермерські господарства та агрономічні служби можуть використати їх для обґрунтованого добору систем живлення під конкретні сорти пшениці озимої з метою підвищення врожайності, покращення білково-клейковинних показників зерна в умовах Південного Степу України
