Investigated the process of chromatographic separation of a mixture of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons containing isomers with different carcinogenic activity. Established the optimum conditions for measuring the content of the four regulated oils and fatty products of compounds: benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(a)pyrene, benzo (b)fluoranthe. The proposed methodology was validating, designed for measuring the contents of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, standardized in Ukraine and the EU. The method can be used in laboratories for controling of refining efficiency, to identify the conformity of products to sanitary and hygienic standards, and for comprehensive monitoring studies to carry out aimed to finding optimal solutions for reducing the risk of oilseeds and oils contamination by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at the processing of productions, transportations and storages.
