Abstract

The results of studies of calcium content in apple fruits and juice yield parameters are given into the article. To ensure the full operation of processing plants, varieties of autumn ripening period - an integral part of the fruit conveyor. In general, the calcium content in 2017 was lower than in 2016. This may be due to the weather and climate conditions of 2017. A negative correlation established between the calcium content in the fruit of apple and juice extracts. To bookmark the apple orchards in the Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, we can recommend all the analyzed varieties - Slava Peremojcam, Vitos and Greensleavs.
